TB6612 Dual Motor Driver 1A TB6612FNG Microcontroller Better than L298N for Arduino

Description

This product is a DC motor drive module with a simple and easy-to-use circuit. It has a high current MOSFET-H bridge structure, dual channel circuit output, and can drive two motors simultaneously. The IC used is TB6612FNG, which does not require an external heat sink compared to L298N’s heat dissipation and peripheral diode freewheeling circuit. The peripheral circuit is simple, and only an external power filter capacitor is needed to directly drive the motor, making the price very affordable. For the input frequency range of PWM signals, a frequency of up to 100KHz is sufficient to meet most of the user’s requirements.

Pin Description:

VM connected to motor power supply

VCC is an internal logic power supply, usually providing 3.3V or 5V

Connect any of the three GND terminals of the module

The STBY module needs to be set high in order to function properly

PWMA/PWMB are control signal input terminals

AO1/A02 and B01/B02 are two motor control output terminals

AIN1, AIN2, BIN1, BIN2 control the forward and reverse rotation of the motor
