Framework?No (Non-framework): Foil only, lower cost.
Yes (Framework): With aluminum frame, easier for repeated printing.

Step Stencil?Step stencils provide different solder paste volume for components that need different paste amounts on one PCB.
Currently two thickness levels are supported. If Yes, describe step regions in Remark.

Nano-Coating New?Nano-coating reduces paste residue on the stencil surface and improves release, recommended for fine-pitch / step stencils. Extra fee per stencil.

Stencil Side?Top only: 1 stencil, top side Gerber.
Bottom only: 1 stencil, bottom side Gerber.
Top+Bottom (Single): 1 stencil, both sides on one foil (size ≥ 2× PCB).
Top+Bottom (Separate): 2 stencils, price ×2.

Dimensions?Overall stencil size and valid working area.
Choose a size larger than your PCB.

Stencil Qty?Number of stencils required.
Top + Bottom (Separate) forces quantity = 2.

Thickness?Select by DIYIPCB: engineers choose based on your files (free).
Select by Customer: choose thickness by component pad size, common default 0.12–0.15mm.

Stencil Process Type?Solder paste stencil: Most common for SMT.
Red glue stencil: For adhesive dispensing.

Multiple PCBs on one stencil?If one stencil contains multiple different PCBs, select Yes and describe the layout in Remark.

Polishing Process?Sanding: Standard, general use.
Etching: Economical deburring.
Electropolishing: Smoothest surface, better paste release. Recommended for ≤0.5mm pitch IC / BGA. (+$5.37)

Fiducials?Alignment marks for SMT machines.
Hand assembly usually does not need fiducials.
If required, select Etched Through / Half and include them in the design file.

Confirm Production file?If Yes, we send the production file for your confirmation before manufacturing (may add ~1 day to build time).

Engrave Text?Laser engrave text on the stencil (e.g. order #, file name).
If Yes but no text in Remark, file name and order # will be used.

Ultrasonic-resistant adhesive?Special adhesive that survives ultrasonic cleaning, for stencils that need repeated washing. Extra fee per stencil.

Package Box?With DIYIPCB logo: standard packaging.
Blank box: no brand mark on label or courier slip.

Stencil Remark?Step regions, 1:1 aperture request, PO number, engrave text, etc.

Notes:

① Stencil aperture openings follow DIYIPCB's standard by default. If you request a 1:1 opening to match your paste layer, please leave a remark.

② Provide clear Gerber paste layers to reduce engineering questions.
