UPS shipping: 3–5 days
UPS Express, UPS Express Saver and UPS Expedited are available for supported destinations. The estimated transit time is 3–5 days after dispatch, excluding production time and customs delays. Shipping charges are quoted in USD based on the destination and billable weight.
Import duties and taxes
UPS shipping is not DDP. Import duties, taxes and any destination customs clearance charges are not included in the shipping price and must be paid by the customer.
Products containing batteries
Standard UPS cannot carry products containing batteries. Orders containing battery products are automatically routed via HK UPS at the same shipping price. The shipping option remains displayed as UPS; no separate HK UPS selection is required.
Billable weight is the greater of actual and dimensional weight. The checkout shipping estimate uses the available product weight and dimensions; final packing may affect billable weight. The shipping quote includes the currently configured fuel, residential and residential peak fees, plus US international processing fees where applicable. Remote-area, oversize and other exceptional charges require confirmation.
