PCB実装の準備:実用的なファイル引き渡しチェックリスト
An assembly team needs to understand not only what the board looks like, but which components belong on it and where they should go. A clear handoff helps resolve questions before they become production delays.
Keep the board and assembly revisions together
Choose one release identifier for your manufacturing files and assembly documents. Put that identifier in the archive name and accompanying notes. If you update the board after requesting a quote, explicitly identify what changed and ask the team to use the replacement package.
Make the component list unambiguous
Your bill of materials should make each intended part easy to identify. Include reference designators, quantities and manufacturer part numbers where applicable. Flag positions that must remain unpopulated and describe any allowed substitutions. A description such as “10 kΩ resistor” can leave package, tolerance and other requirements unresolved.
Check placement data and orientation
Placement files commonly identify components with their coordinates, rotation and board side. KiCad can export component placement data separately from the board fabrication outputs. Confirm the assembler’s expected format, origin and rotation conventions before handoff.
As a quick consistency check, pick a connector and a polarized component and compare their locations with the assembly drawing. Make sure reference designators agree across documents. A placement file is useful machine-readable data, but it does not remove the need to review polarity or pin-one orientation.
Include the decisions that files cannot make
- Which components are supplied by you, and which should the assembler source?
- Are alternate parts allowed, and who approves them?
- Is programming required? If so, identify the intended firmware revision and procedure.
- What inspection or functional testing should be included?
Record unresolved items in a short handoff note. Agreeing on them early is more useful than sending several similarly named archives and expecting the recipient to infer the latest version.
