Open the board and check the outline

Open the final .brd in the Layout Editor. Review DRC results and polygon fills. The intended board outline must form a closed contour on Dimension (layer 20).

Configure and run the CAM job

1. 開く File → CAM Processor, or use the CAM Processor toolbar icon.
2. Load a Gerber/Excellon job suited to the board’s layer count. Modern EAGLE versions use an output tree; older versions use tabs and separate CAM jobs.
3. Check that each copper layer is included. Add solder mask, the required silkscreen and a profile output using layer 20. Keep normal manufacturing output unmirrored.
4. Enable the Excellon drill output and verify the intended holes and vias are present. In a legacy workflow, run the drill job as well as the Gerber job.
5. Choose a clean output folder and run Process Job. Collect the artwork and drill outputs together.

Avoid CAM-job mistakes

A two-layer CAM job can omit inner copper from a multilayer board. Also check that the profile output is populated rather than relying on a Dimension layer visible only in the editor. If a job is incompatible with a board imported into Fusion Electronics, use the appropriate Fusion workflow and review the layer mapping instead of reusing the EAGLE job unchanged.
