What to include in an urgent PCB request

  • A complete Gerber ZIP with drill data and a clear board outline.
  • Board material, layer count, dimensions, thickness, copper weight and finish.
  • Order quantity, delivery destination and the date you need the boards to arrive.
  • Special requirements such as impedance control, via filling, panelization or electrical testing.
  • The BOM and placement file if assembly is required.

Confirm the schedule before production

Available turnaround depends on material availability, process requirements, production capacity and file approval. Assembly also depends on component availability. Request a confirmed schedule for your exact order; do not assume a fixed 24-hour service applies to every design.

Production time and delivery time

Fabrication, assembly where applicable, shipping and customs are separate parts of the delivery schedule. Give us your required arrival date and destination so these can be considered together.

Avoid preventable delays

Resolve design-rule issues, verify the drill files and board outline, and ensure your order parameters agree with the uploaded files. Respond promptly to engineering questions and submit only the final approved revision.
