PCB Files & Manufacturing

Export Gerber files from EasyEDA Standard and Pro

Download EasyEDA Standard or Pro Gerber ZIP files, check the drill and outline data, and order directly from DIYIPCB.

Check the design first

Open the PCB document, complete routing and review DRC errors. Check copper fills and the board outline. Resolve unconnected nets instead of simply dismissing the export warning.

EasyEDA Standard

  1. Choose File → Generate PCB Fabrication File (Gerber), or Fabrication → PCB Fabrication File (Gerber).
  2. Generate and download the ZIP through the browser. Save the manufacturing archive locally; use the DIYIPCB upload page for ordering.

EasyEDA Pro

  1. Choose File → Export → PCB Fabrication File (Gerber), or the corresponding command in the Export menu.
  2. Review the exported layers in the selected configuration. Custom configurations can change layer selection, precision and mirroring, so check any reused preset.
  3. Download the ZIP and inspect its contents. Confirm that the archive includes actual drill data, not only a drill table.

Recognize the output files

Common filenames identify top/bottom copper (.GTL/.GBL), mask (.GTS/.GBS), legend (.GTO/.GBO) and outline (.GKO). Keep the relevant .DRL files, including plated/non-plated or separate via drill data when generated. Preserve file names that identify their purpose.

Inspect routed slots and cutouts as well as round holes. If drills appear shifted, check the viewer’s units and coordinate-format interpretation against the export settings before changing the board.

Check the exported files

Open the exported Gerbers and drill data together in a Gerber viewer. Confirm the outline dimensions, copper-layer count, pad-to-hole alignment, cutouts and mask openings. Check top and bottom views before accepting the export. A drill drawing or PDF does not replace machine-readable drill data.

Use one design revision per ZIP. Keep old exports outside the upload folder and identify any special stackup, slots or plating requirements in a fabrication note. See the complete Gerber package checklist.

Upload to DIYIPCB

Open DIYIPCB PCB / PCBA Online Quote, upload the Gerber ZIP and choose the material, specifications and quantity. Verify the displayed dimensions and layer count against your design; the preview is a reference, not engineering approval.

For bare PCBs, the Gerber ZIP must also contain the drill data. For assembly, provide a matching BOM and placement file as well. Use the available cart or inquiry option for your selected service. See BOM and placement-file requirements.
