Es verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber eine MOSFET-H-Br\u00fcckenstruktur f\u00fcr hohe Str\u00f6me, einen Zweikanal-Ausgang und kann zwei Motoren gleichzeitig ansteuern. Der verwendete IC ist der TB6612FNG, der im Gegensatz zum L298N mit seiner W\u00e4rmeableitung und der Freilaufdiode keinen externen K\u00fchlk\u00f6rper ben\u00f6tigt. Die Peripherieschaltung ist einfach gehalten; zum direkten Ansteuern des Motors wird lediglich ein externer Filterkondensator ben\u00f6tigt, was den Preis sehr g\u00fcnstig macht.
